Big & happy news deserve its own entry...

2 entries dedicated for Puan Ninie in the Holy month of Ramadhan. The 1st is just a humble recipe for her to try.

But this entry is special because Puan Ninie & her other half, Incik Zaid (hi..) gonna be mommy & daddy soon. I want to share the good news so whoever is reading this entry will join me in wishing her well. And lotsa lotsa prayer coming your way, dik. Doa dari kakak untuk adik yang bakal melalui another alien yet amazing phase of life. A little tiny life is growing inside you. You can start 'moulding' your baby, trust me...your character and how you behave during pregnancy will have an impact on your baby's character. So be your happy self coz apart from that, every pregnancy is unique on its own. Next one might be totally different like day and night.

Keep all the momentos, dah ada blog senang boleh riwayatkan terus hehe *dlm hati, agak2 ninie letak tak baby ticker kt blog hehe*. I admit it that i still keep my last pregnancy test strip :) ewwww.

Dear Ninie & Zaid,
You can read many books
You can practise many sessions

Not that I don't care

I rarely blog about what's happening around, latest news and all. I read almost all online newspapers local & foreign and alternative media. EVERYDAY. But I dont blog about it.

Reason being, I dont want my blog to receive visitors yang sesat while searching for these news. This blog still appear in Go0gle search and if it hits the right keyword, this blog can appear as the top result but to do that will require some knowledge about my life. I even changed name of places or replace 'O' with '0' (zero), 'i' with '1' to avoid Google crawlies from dragging my blog into their result page. I'm no NuffNan9 blogger :)

But today, I do feel like blogging about the news esp about the wrath of Gunung Merap1. We'll see whether I got the energy to do it.

Still finding my way...

Yet to settle on which template should I use..

Been looking for one which is not heavy to load

Yet to find...bear with me, I'm in the mood of changing my template every now and then until the day I find one that suits me well...

No cursing or giving me middle finger

Coz the one who's driving will focus on her duty which is to drive wakakaka 

Warning need to be issued coz this car will be driven by it's legal owner out from its comfort zone. The 'other driver' had driven this car to so many places before, so if you had seen it somewhere out of Gombak before, chances are, the driver = my boifren. 

Another warning, the lady driver had yet to test the roundabout, when I said roundabout..I'm talking about one in Jln Kuching to Jln Duta and Jln Pahang. Parking nan sempit like in C4 juga blom test. That will be tested when I panjangkan langkah. For now it's gonna be PJ. Soon it will be everywhere...

Nota kaki kembang : I think I'm doing fine so far, my sisters wanted to follow me sending kids to Kumon. Motip ? Nak tgk aku drive in case aku duk tegak tak sandar2 and bwk mcm kura2. End-up kecewa..haha

Hit the gym...

As I am now out of baju kurung to don to the office. Kalau main farmville, kira dah naik level la ni hehe

Baju merah adalah untuk 45 -50kg, baju hijau 50-55kg, last one yg peach ittew untuk 58 -62kg.

I've exhausted 2 out of 3 sizes...disebabkan aku ada only a few sets of kurung in the biggest size so kena pastikan aku berada di tahap bawah kerana aku tidak berduit untuk baju baru...baju = disposable, jadi lebih baik beli aksesori rumah :) Satu lagi alasan, aku blom bersedia nak mensedekahkan baju2 saiz 1 & 2 kepada sesiapapun.

Yang hitam itu sizenya adalah 38 !!

I gave up my jeans like 2 months ago..even the big one coz I don't like to feel the sweat around the golden triangle.

Aku takkan insap kalau aku x tgk betapa BEZZAAAAAA nya saiz baju2 aku...

If I want to eat the way I eat then I need the gym to be in the morning which is quite hard since I opted for 8.30am, so that I can get out early i.e. 5.30pm. 45min to change exercise & bath is not enough. Lunch session not very good oso

Last year I was on 9.00am flexi hour so I got 1h45min to do all...should I opt for the flexi again ? (Soklan ditujukan kpd encik suami :p)

But I do wonder, I don't look that bad in pixtures, even in person..macam ok jek..tapi bila selai selai baju aku x muat, apa kes...

It's tiring to do & complain on the same thing over and over...but..that's me haha

Sudah berjaya, tapi...sikiiit je lagi...bleh ?

There's a lot of going-ons in my life now but I have no time to sit and blog about it.

Just to update on the progress of my mission to reduce my weight/BMI to a healthty level. I thot I've nailed it when the scale's showing...

53.5kg

sometimes 54.5 due to food & drink consumption. So I was thinking of maintaining and slowing down on the gym routines.

But after further consultation and looking at the body measurement print-out (hehe buat free kat kedai jual alat2 kesihatan). I have to reduce another 3.9kg because...

my body FAT % = 30% !!!!

Abg kedai yg ada muscle tu ckp...dah dlm range healthy sbnrnya tp skewed towards overweight. Reduce sikit lagi so dia jadik dlm range 20 - 27%.

Goods news, I've achieved the BMI target. Yay !! Gambor baru lom ambik sbb dh dkt 1 week x pi gym hehe . So now..the vain-ness in me started to kick-off...if u can get this far from (62kg - 59kg - 57kg - 53kg) than why not go all the way to 48kg ? Hahaha that's clearly not motivated by health reason anymore.

Stop & Stare, Sure Nampak

So yeah, I've started yet another attempt to lose my weight so that my BMI will drop to a more healthy level, overweight doesn't sounds goodlah. I might need to go and test my cholesterol level next.

I maintain a diary on what I eat & do for the past week. There's a few hit and misses (like...1-foot tuna sandwich @ D0me n nan cheese 4 dinner erkss) . I'll publish it once I reached my goal, 50 or 52kg. I will treat you to my before-and-after pic as well...if there's abvious differences lah...else just my vitals hehe

As for now...have a look at my current prosperous body a la muscle-man and me camwhoring in the gym. Gym yg lengang takde sape nak pakai benda2 zmn dinasour except for me yg desperado. Enuff la, serve the purpose and I can hog it as I wish..hehe

See ? Told ya, I'm good in disguising my look. I look 'fit' n normal. I used the jacket to make me sweating faster coz there's dumb people who like to turn on the aircond and exercise in a freezing cold gym. U don't want to know what's beneath...I'll show you..later...Wish me luck babe...... yet again hahahaha

Note : I might not drop an obvious kilo(s) coz I'm doing some weighlifting & cardio as well. My muscle will gain some weight but yeah I can see some improvement on my tummy, courtesy of uZap (that I bought 2 years ago !! haha)

Lepas geram...

As you all know...we have yet to receive the key to our new house walaupun dah berkurun menunggu and the house is considered 100% completed. Tapi setakat ni boleh tengok jelah, blom boleh masuk. Seksa jiwa raga oii...

Korang yg dah ada rumah sendiri sure tau camana perasaan nak masuk umah baru kan ? Survey barang lah compare hargalah, pantang dengar sale or warehouse brg rumah laju jek...kan ? Angan2 tak yah citer ah...

Kitorang pun sama camtu...cuma setelah penat berangan bertahun2 lamanya...nak beli itu nak pasang ini tapi sampai sudah tak boleh beli sbb rumah x siap2, walaupun bajet dah ada. ...aku rasa org kedai pun dah kenal muka aku ngan Man, masuk, belek, ushar..pastu blah...sedih tau !!

Tetiba, last Saturday, tak tau lah mana hangin mari...aku lalu depan kedai letrik tu lagi, pastu tetiba terasa nak belikan phone cordless kat MIL sbb dia susah nak jln angkat phone kat depan. Murah gila, cordless Panas0nic yg dua bijik. So satu letak depan, satu dlm bilik mak la. Menantu yg prihatin la katakan hahaha sempat lagi tuh...

Pastu adala org tu saja naik level atas ushar TV buat kali yg ke xxxnyer hehehe tetiba jek dia kata 'Yang kita beli TV nak ? Beli terus.' Aku cam orang mamai main redah jawab 'Ok, bolehla'...Dalam 2 jam lebih kitorang kat sana, aku pun naik sheikh sama ngan Man. Ok yang ni ye, mmm yang tu kot, ambik yang ni skali...

Balik rumah masuk bilik pastu macam gelak2 ngan Man cam tak caya tak we spend that much in just 2 hours. Tapi x terasa sgt sebab dah laaaamaaaaaaaaaaa aku menyimpan untuk saat2 itu. Dalam ayat jiwang 'Berapa lama lagi harus ku tunggu....'. Man punya 2, aku punya 4 hehe best best. Skarang sila pikir mana mau taruk itu barang ye...padan muka haku.

Assalamualaikum,

Since today ramai yang akan mula bercuti raya, nak ambik kesempatan ni untuk mengucapkan Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri. Maaf andai ada yang mengguris hati, baik dari mulut aku ataupun yang terpampang kat blog ni. Kot ada terkecik ati ke apa...mintak maaf byk2 ye...aku insan yang lemah...

Buat yang bakal menempuh perjalanan jauh, jadilah umat yang paling sabar ye...agak2 penat berenti kat Petronas minum Nescafe free. Takpun buat jek sendiri, masuk thermos. Kepada co-pilot, jalankan tugas anda...jangan tido semasa bertugas...

Kalau buat ketupat ke masak apa ke 1 day before raya, ingat daku dalam doamu sbbnya aku masih kat opis time tu...
