The Long Wait Is Almost...

So here some of the shots taken during our last visit. We managed to sneak into the house through the unlocked window.

The culprit (so called hehe), bapak lama tunggu nak pasang mendehalah ni haa...

All fitted in, aku suka this type of flush instead of the pull type. Nak kena belajar godek la plak nih. Yang pull tu pejam mata aku boleh fix. Kalaulah boleh ku tukar dgn flush yg bleh jimat air hehe alaaa yg ada 2 button tuh, 1/2 & full, half for pee pee and full for poo poo

Adoila...tang ni la plak dia bocor, ni kat masterbed, tmpt paling seshuai letak wardrobe. Kerching kerching kaya tokei bumbung.

Aku tertanya2 apa lah ke halnya tingkap cenonet itu, x bley ke buat kasik sama jek, design statement ke hape ni ?? AKu bercadang untuk menutup itu balkoni...x koser nak buat tmn mini (Ayat angel : cuba bawak bersyukur sket)

Amin amin ya Allah bukakkanlah hati developer aku untuk buat playground kat sini. Hehe Tengok ujung sana cam ada sayup2 nampak puncak bukit, haa tulah tandanya betapa tingginya umah kami.

Ye kengkawan, itulah bukit yang di tarah & jadik kontroversi sampai masuk TVThree, sampai abang x-MB dtg. Di belakang bukit itu adalah empangan Batu. Sapa nak pi trekking singgah umah kami ekk...

So now another headache-inducing part. Preparing the house according to our needs, taste (and budget). Luckily, kengkawan ku sumer dh expert bab2 ni, so from now on, do expect me bombarding you with questions on this and that.

Cewwah...mcm cool jek time tuh and suddenly yippeeee yay yippee yay, meremang2 kejap, lawak jek.

Actually we went up ( yeah, u really have to GO UP to reach my house) last weekend, photos taken but in hubby's HP. Will upload tomorrow.

Alhamdulillah, but until I have the real keys in my hand, I won't be hoping. Enough with hoping. Dd, we haven't started planning any deco & reno works yet. Perasaan nak menghias bagai dah hilang dek lama sangat menunggu.

But still... Alhamdulillah syukur syukur

Progress Desa Gemilang Phase II Feb'08

Went up the hill to check on the progress.

Tiang letrik dah pacak, meter box dah pasang, switches dah install kat dinding. Meter air belum. They locked all units for safety. So we just have a peek inside.

Depan rumah diorang tambah mcm divider ala 'bunker'...tapi mine got 1 tiang letrik in it. Klu tanam pokok sure x lawa...but...if that is also a lamp post them I don't mind.

And this is the stupid bin compartment, memang konpem la aku hack. Apa ke hal la plak nak buang sampah kena keluar pagar. Phase 1 pun lawak gak. Comeei jek, boleh la masuk tong sampah kecik for office use kot hehe, tapi ada la pintu to access from inside..

MPS baru pacak papan peringatan reminding us that the developer had flouted few security requirement and they will not be liable on any mishaps. Mmmmm...

Yeah yeah...umah kita dah nak siap....!!

I'm not complaining (maybe I'm). Me being the buyer deserve what we paid for but we're more that grateful that we have a house to call HOME no matter how sucks the wormanship is and how long it takes to come to this level. Afterall, this is much much better than our current abode.

Progress : Desa Gemilang Phase II Dec' 2007

Went there again on Saturday to check on the progress. Our house - Nil :(

But...surprise surprise...Phase 1 was buzzing with activities, owners checking & cleaning their houses, contractors installing grills.

The best thing is that few houses were already occupied !! You can see their kids playing & pakaian kat ampai plus renovated & newly painted porch. Sukeerrr tapi tu Phase 1 hehe our expectation is that by the time kitorang dpt kunci & siap renovate that area dah 'hidup'.

Progress : Desa Gemilang Phase II Oct' 2007

It was such a torment not to be able to transform your ideas into the real thing. I have so many things in my head. Haii....bila la nak siap ni...dah berkulat2 dah magazine deco aku ni haaa..

Called them yesterday and the latest janji manis : by April 2008 but 'Please call again in Dec to confirm..' cehhh.

Phase 1 owners are getting their key as I type this entry, I hope they will start moving in so that by the time we decided to uproot from Kg Kerdas, the place will be live-able & safer. Laporan terkini dari lensa seorang pemilik rumah x siap :)

1. Jalan depan rumah dah tar up to the end.

2. I hate all the tiangs, we got 4 in that tiny yard. What to do, no other option

3. Backyard to be converted to extended kitchen

4. Ignore the models and look at the stuck doors !! How come ??

5. The worst part. Leaking roof and fungus infested ceiling. Arrgh

No matter what, that house will be ours and I have been paying for it like forever.
