Lost and Found - lesson learnt

Jenuh baca paper, citer pasal the-SOGO-missing-kid. At last he was found, somewhere in Sentul. Not found actually, somebody returned him.

I was talking to my hubby saying that something is not right esp. looking at the shaved head and their claim that the boy contracted chicken pox while in their care. Secara logik, mana scars ? Kenapa x hantar balai dah tau budak hilang, takkan neighbors x notice. The auditor-minded of me started to form a conspiracy theory. Mesti something wrong. The next day news, the couple were arrested. I had my chance to tell the hubby....Told you !!

All in all, the couple could be a sindiket pengemis or whatsoever, but they saved the boy's life once i.e. when he tried to cross the road and they returned the kid. Ignore that, it is now a police case. What I like to mention here is that, who should be blamed ? SOGO ? DBKL ? for not putting enuff camera ? or the neighbors who took it easy. NOOOOOOOOOO

It is THE FATHER who selfishly left the boy on his own so that he can try a new shirt in the fitting room. YES, he is the one, but I'm not so evil to the point of sending an SMS to say 'Serve you right !!'. But he paid the price !!

Aku x nak riak sbb takut Allah kenakan ujian yang sama, Nauzubillah. But I always make sure the kids are with me even when I need to pee, if the cubicle is big enuff !! Some people said, oveerr !! Yes, I'd prefer people saying that rather than losing my kids. So what if the jamban is too small ? No choice, have to leave them outside and ask them to stand in front of the door so that I can see their feet. And Along being paranoid as I am will always make sure that the brother is within range..."Adaaaaaan, nanti ibu x nampak kaki kita !!" hehe true story maa..that will only work if the kids are 3yo and above. FYI, PLUS hi-way (Tapah) has got a family and child cubicle. One huge cubicle and the child one is so cute with a tiny bowl and lowered mini-sink.

When babah or bibik need to visit the jamban, dalam hati, luckily I got the baby in the sling, so I have 2 free hands to cuff the tiny struggling hands trying to break free. One more thing, starts early on the trolley, you'll be surprised that I managed to keep my kids IN the shooping trolley until now, they're 7 and 5. If they want to be out then they need to cling on the side of the trolley, not easy...so they end up inside the trolley again. Believe me, consistency pays. Don't ever let them out, even ONCE. But the downside : You need 2 trolleys during groceries shopping.

Restoring the childhood memories

Everytime balik kampung, aku mesti belek album gambar lama2 tgk aku zaman kecik2 dulu dgn kulit yg mcm 'anak kel**ng' pastu gigi rongak, sure gelak sorang2. My dear hubby was a bit unlucky because he only got a few pix of himself when he was a child. Nevertheless, the most precious is the classic pose of him on his tummy a la kedai gambar dolu2 punya style. And for me, I knew where exactly the cam-wh0re genes came from hehe.

Now, we're lucky to have all things digital. Everything can be captured and replayed, reproduced and whateva-re-lah. But ONE thing is not. Your kids creativities on HARD PAPER. All the conteng-contengs, kiddy-handwritten are all on paper, right ? or walls @#$%&. When Hanis was a baby, I didn't think much of her artworks, everything went to the bin. But when she started her preschool, I realised that I shud have kept and framed it for the sake of memory. So, I ended up having stacks of her artworks in my tiny lil house. Out of desperation I came up with a space saving option.

HOW ? Use the digicam to capture it, just keep those which is too sentimental to throw and turn the rest to digital version. I did, so this is some of the artworks that I managed to freeze.

Hanis said that she has a dark skin like mine hence the color of the face. While Adan who fancy all things PINK will always come up with a brighter version.

So, whaddaya think ? Am i genius or what, no ??

One wake up call for one selekeh wifey

My dear friend gave me a wake up call yesterday. A normal e-mail to plan for another hoya-hoya session turned me into a hard thinker the whole night.

I’m now on a mission to be the eye candy for my dear hubby. He’s not complaining whatsoeva but should I wait ? Nope, I’m gonna start soon.

Took a peek into my wardrobe and realized how selekeh I was all this while. I can't keep on using the 'same reason' for not dressing up. Thanx Dd

e-Failing

What was that ? the first 4 character can carry 2 meaning i.e. a direct translation from fail = file or it can be taken as pure as ‘gagal’.

It is funny that the service provider are the one who are not ready. Normally the stupid user a.k.a t@xpayers are the one who are not tech savvy enuff to embrace new way of doing things.

Now, with less than 20 days to go, I have no choice but to torture my lil fingers to write down my SG no. on every single page of the form. And thinking about my love hate relationship with all thing numbers can simply turn me green blue and black.

To realize that we have to endure all those torture in order to SEDEKAH our hard earned money to be spent by the gomen on things which has no benefit to you is totally unbelievable.

Come on la, don’t preach about the public RESPONSIBILITIES when you’re failing in everyway. Don’t tell me to tweak my PC for the thousandth times. It just fail and to say that my PC is failing on me also not a valid reason. I have everything in place, the damn cert whatnot. I'm not that stupid to the point of not knowing where to do the setting on my browser. You're the one who limit it to IE when I have Mozilla, Netscape and the whole gang.

Stop bitching and submit your form la babe….hehe

• 2 pairs or formal shoes from Hush Puppies (black and beige open-toe)
• 1 pair of Scholl not-so-high-heels latest arrival
• 1 pair of Mary Jane Crocs (maybe another 2 mini-Crocs for them kids :))
• Another comfort sandal since the alcheapo brand gives me one smelly feet
• Blender with a glass-container (good brand with silver & black materials)
• 1 sling-bag from Coach (Hamptons)
• Books (have to wait for BookSale) Shopaholic series from Sophie Kinsella, Anabelle Karmel series bla bla
• A pair of decent jeans
• Kelisa or Kenari hehe (this will be out from the list in 3 yrs time !!)
