Bahan :
1/2 liter minyak zaitun (yes half-a-litre !!) - portion can be adjusted
Perahan lemon / any acidic juice (apple/orange/grapes) but lemon squeeze seems better

1. Puasa bermula dari pkl 12.00 tengahari - 7.00 malam.
2. Lepas tu, minum 2 sudu besar minyak zaitun dan 1 sudu besar perahan air lemon.
3. Baring sebelah kanan dan naikkan lutut ke dada
4. Maintain dalam posisi tersebut for about 15min. Ulangi sehingga habis minyak tersebut.
5. InsyaAllah, batu tersebut akan keluar bersama2 najis. Hijau katanya...(tapi bukan kryptonite)

Nota : Proses ini haruslah berterusan, jangan putus atau diganggu dengan tugas2 lain.

For the portion, ada yg mention 1/2 cawan minyak zaitun dara (virgin olive oil) + 1 biji jus lemon segar, minum in 1 shot and masuk tidur. Without fasting. Ni utk org2 yg rasa x leh telan minyak byk2 la. Bak kata Sue, rasa cam nak muntah minyak hehe

Sekian lama aku missed so many games, bangun pagi asik tanya Man, 'sape menang?'. Last night..aku missed gak the 1st 2 goals by R0nald0, tapi cemana ntah bleh lak tahan mana the last 15min. Aku rasa sbb aku nampak 2-2 pastu dh 80:++ kot.

Semput gila nengok depa dok struggle sampai la the young padawan kasik sebijik, baaaaaaik nyer curve 3min into injury time. Kan ke senang score awal, x la aku ala2 nk terjatuh sofa..TQ Macheda.

So now, ko main biar menang pastu jgn lupa doa Liberpool kalah. Tu jek aku nak pesan...

In Memory of Dr Haliza and Dr Amin...

The 1st part of this entry was written on Friday nite when it was reported that both of them went missing, I don't know why I was a bit hesitant in publishing it, I think deep in my heart I was hoping that both of them will be found, safe and sound. So I saved it as a draft, only to edit it again tonight with the sad news.

It was reported in most of the newpapers today but I took no notice of it until I read it in Harian Metro while waiting for my order.

Dua doktor pakar hilang

AMPANG JAYA: Dua doktor pakar kanak-kanak hilang selepas keluar dari Hospital Ampang Puteri, di sini, dengan menaiki kenderaan seorang daripada mereka, pagi Rabu lalu.

Kedua-dua mereka yang bertugas di hospital berkenaan dikenal pasti sebagai Haliza Mohd Shafie, 53, dan Amin Tai Abdullah@Tai Yun Ming, 57.

Ketua Polis Daerah Ampang Jaya, Asisten Komisioner Abdul Jalil Hassan, berkata pihaknya menerima laporan dibuat keluarga mangsa memaklumkan mereka masih tidak pulang sehingga semalam. “Kandungan laporan itu memaklumkan dua doktor berkenaan, Haliza bernombor kad pengenalan 560218-08-6392 manakala Tan bernombor kad pengenalan 521229-12-5201.

“Laporan polis itu dibuat suami Haliza, Md Ridzuwan Mansor yang menyedari kehilangan kedua-dua mereka sejak tarikh kejadian,” katanya di sini, semalam.

Menurut Jalil, hasil rakaman kamera litar tertutup (CCTV) pada jam 11.30 pagi mendapati kedua-dua mereka dilihat keluar dari hospital itu dengan berpakaian pejabat.“Mereka menaiki kereta jenis Nissan Latio berwarna hitam dengan nombor pendaftaran BKF 304 iaitu milik Haliza yang berada di tempat letak kereta kakitangan hospital. “Selepas itu, kedua-dua doktor berkenaan tidak pulang ke rumah mahupun datang bertugas dan kereta Amin turut masih berada di tempat letak kereta khas,” katanya.

Berikutan itu, beliau meminta orang ramai yang mempunyai sebarang maklumat berhubung kehilangan itu supaya menghubungi Inspektor Norazman Zakaria di talian 019-2147899 atau Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD) Ampang Jaya di talian 03-42897222 untuk membantu siasatan.

It failed to register in my brain earlier coz other papers did not mention any names or which hospital.

Both of them are our family doctors. Dr Amin was the paediatric surgeon, the one who performed the surgery to correct Adan's condition (Trachea Oesofageal Fistula) when Adan was 3-days old and continued to monitor him in NICU for the next few weeks. He was the one I asked for when nurses failed to get Adan's vein to poke the IV.

While for Dr Haliza, she was Adan's paediatrician since Day 1. She was very fond of Adan since he was APSH 1st TOF case (born and treated).

Now that both of them were no longer with us, all the memories kept on rolling in my head like a movie. I knew them both for 7 years esp. Haliza. When Adan was in his 1st year, we met her on weekly basis, and later with a good progress it became monthly, every 3 months, 6 months and now as and when necessary. Both Dr Haliza and Dr Amin were good friends.

It came as no surprise when the police confirmed that they suffered multiple injuries due to hiking accident somewhere in Bukit Tabuh. She was an outdoor type. We used to talk about her scuba diving trips and other activities. I read their friend's blog, it was mentioned that both had reached the everest base camp before and scheduled to climb Mt. Kinabalu, again. They might be warming up for the trip...fate's calling.

Due to our frequent visits, we knew the trick to avoid waiting too long in her clinic. Hubby will rempit to APSH to get the number 1st thing in the morning, usually no 1-4 hehe and we'll be there around 10 or 11am coz she only came in around 10.30 or 11.30 after her ward round. ahh..memories

You know what ? For 7 years.. I've been putting off the intention to capture her with my boy..there's always..nantilah..one day I will. Now..Adan will only remember her in his mind, as he fondly called...Dr Haliza Adan, like she belongs to him mmm...From now on, we won't be meeting her jovial-self and hearing her saying her usual greeting whenever we meet her...

15 Feb 2009 : Along grading

Hanis ada grading (exam tae-kwondo) kat SK Sr1 G0mbak, untuk dpt Green tip, dah pass pun. Ni dia ngan..alamak..babah, ibu lupa lg la nama dak ni. Dia ni 3 beradik masuk ramai2 since she was 6y.o. Now baru Std 1 tp belt sama ngan Hanis.

Congrates Along, lps ni pattern taeguk yg lagi susah tau...jgn lupa practise double kick tuh (turning kick followed by side kick), asyik terbelit jek kaki tuh...nanti next time ibu balik kg ibu amek unipom ibu lak..leh la lawan hahaha..

27 Feb 2009 : Abg Nasir rocksss...

Jumpa Eton ngan incik suaminya. Itu pun Man yg point. Aku duk tepi tu berangan, kot nampak artis cam masa PGL aritu hehe

Ni lah geng2 yg melayan blues mlm tuh, dlm ramai2 sorang jek yg bawak bini. Yg lain2 tu samada takde bini or mmg tak bawak. Yang sorang tu pun sbb dh kena jeling2 (Dh la dulu pi tgk Chelsea x ajak, walopon kami ManU tp lyn je la)

Dh namanya bayar murah, ko tgkla dr jarak 20km...sib baik aku dh standby spek rabun ku. Lps penat2 nyanyi Bang Nasir melayan lak peminat..yang pasti sumer ala2 veteran....

Anak2 mengompol duit utk beli present kat Paksu. Ibu ngan babah top-up. Beli airplane model from MValley.

On her exact birthdate, she was a bit sad since there will be no party or mkn2 kat rumah nenek as usual, she got exam, only few of her friends wished her and then she was most affected because her beloved Paksu forgot to wish her. Paksu ni la...

Ibu n babah decided to cheer her up. Eating out, she got to pick where to eat, so she chose KFSee W.Maju...wahwah so the very specific. We called nenek & Nadia to join since Nenek was alone at home. There we go, in all our glory pyjamas. Hannah won't know that she went to KFC that night. She enjoyed her new stroller.

14 March 2009 : Small Family Do

Yang tengah tu sure la jadik birthday girl sepanjang tahun. Sumer besday org dia hijack. Dah siap potong kek, masa untuk santap. Mula2 konon nak masak nasik minyak, end up pi melilau kt Jln Ipoh carik pintu smpi petang. Sudahnya mee rebus versi aku jelah. Ngan sate kajang

Oleh karna, last minute ibu mertua ku request mau makan nasik, maka aku masak la jugak lauk segera. Sib baik ada baki kuah kari kepala ikan sket, aku campak je la ikan merah 2 ketul. Pastu ikan percik sket (kuah mmg msk & freeze for stock) and rebus telur, potong timun tomato campak sos cili. Siap...dah namanya last minit.

Nilah budak yg gumbira sbb dpt hadiah. She did not manage to get a new bike (bigger version) because she failed to memorize the sifir. Nasib la kan...

Babah gave her a new handphone, cheap one. Enuff to call and sms. Only to be used during Kum0n & taekwondo class.

Stop & Stare, Sure Nampak

So yeah, I've started yet another attempt to lose my weight so that my BMI will drop to a more healthy level, overweight doesn't sounds goodlah. I might need to go and test my cholesterol level next.

I maintain a diary on what I eat & do for the past week. There's a few hit and misses (like...1-foot tuna sandwich @ D0me n nan cheese 4 dinner erkss) . I'll publish it once I reached my goal, 50 or 52kg. I will treat you to my before-and-after pic as well...if there's abvious differences lah...else just my vitals hehe

As for now...have a look at my current prosperous body a la muscle-man and me camwhoring in the gym. Gym yg lengang takde sape nak pakai benda2 zmn dinasour except for me yg desperado. Enuff la, serve the purpose and I can hog it as I wish..hehe

See ? Told ya, I'm good in disguising my look. I look 'fit' n normal. I used the jacket to make me sweating faster coz there's dumb people who like to turn on the aircond and exercise in a freezing cold gym. U don't want to know what's beneath...I'll show you..later...Wish me luck babe...... yet again hahahaha

Note : I might not drop an obvious kilo(s) coz I'm doing some weighlifting & cardio as well. My muscle will gain some weight but yeah I can see some improvement on my tummy, courtesy of uZap (that I bought 2 years ago !! haha)

Tiba2..rasa macam ala2 nak tua...sebab..

tetiba aku mcm ada celebrity crush, berangan sambil baca buku citer, sengih sowang2 tgk wallpaper ada mamat hensem...tak ke ciri2 sugarmommy tuh ?

Aku pernah post muka mamat Mil0, err hero citer Heroes. Ni tetiba rasa nak post muka anak ikan yang baru. Beza dia, dulu si Milo ni aku suka dia on-and-off-screen. Tapi yang ni aku suka masa dia jadik vampire jek. Terberangan aii sekejap you....(sambil lupa diri dh ada laki yang hensem dan anak 3).

R0b Pattinson got stuck with Cedric Diggory, so I can't put that innocent face to Edward Cullen intensed face. Rob was perfectly Edward in the movie but he was just Rob when the movie's over. He is Rob who can't sing.

I don't give a damn about the movie until I read the 1st book, Twilight, pdf version, not the book. Got hooked, I bought the pirate DVD and New Mo0n. (The DVD is not good maa, itu vampire memancar putihnya...kena tggu DVD release bulan ni, pastu tunggu plak yg pirate DVD copy haha). That 600-odd pages took me less than 1/2day to finish (ooo...time nak exam aritu mengeluh..dasar!!). So I called MPH to book the last 2 books. Picked up on last Sunday and now I'm already 1/2 with the last one.

Is it good ? No, it's engaging and light. It not a good book but definitely a popular one.

Operasi Makan Limau

Raya cina aritukan byk limau, yg kecik, yg besar....dulu2 aku suka limau kecik2 yg bungkus dlm net merah tu sbb dia seedless. Pastu thn ni kuar species yg lagi hebat. Tgk buahnya, sama jek....beza dia, dia pack skali ngan daun2. Kat pack dia tulis limau taiwan ke hape ntah...

Klu yg dulu tu, kadang2 manis kdg2 masam paling hampeh tawar...

Tapi yang ni boleh kata 100% manis, baik yg kecik atau besar. Aku sangat suke...berkilo2 dah aku makan. Masa balik Trg, aku singgah umah makcik kat Bt Burok (ezz, umah CB). Sempat la perabih limau umah dia...aku jadik tukang k0pek (kena camourflage kang ada yg google xxx terlanding kat blog aku) utk askar2 yg ada kat situ, 5 org sumer. Mmg beratur la nunggu aku k0pek sebijik2. Yelah dapat sebijik terus ngap masuk semua.

Tetiba makcik aku tegur apsal aku makan limau camtu ? Ah ? Camtu ? Cemana ?

Aku tidak akan makan limau yg selekeh dan berbulu. Hanya limau2 yang togel saja. Aku x perasan pon selama ni. Patutla budak2 tu tggu lama aku meng0pek, sungguh x efficient. Aku kena schedule entry la skarang, klu tak mmg x hapdet la...ini adalah entry tade keje. Musti korang kata, itupun nak blog. Tade keje ke kat rumah...hehehe ini blog aku yang punya, so korang layan je la.

Majlis nyambut menantu. Labore kat kg. Labok (rhymekan nama kg ngan nama org dia hehe). Lawak jek masa ni sbb aku x prasan incik Mutiang. Dah ala2 nak makan baru aku cam...eh !! ko ke ? Dia kata sampai ati aku x cam dia..hehe. Sowiiii..

Aku jumpa my long lost friend, Salina few weeks b4 dia transfer keje balik Ganu. Tiba2 jumpa dia kat kenduri Labore, she's related to him...what a small world. Silap teknik amek gambar letak muka sebelah2, dia adalah putih memancar. Bila nak touchup muka sendiri yg kusam dah over-expose la plak muka kawan aku nih...Hannah sgt moody pada hari kejadian.

Ni plak anak sedare ku yang mencemaskan kitorang. He's peeing blood...blood hokeh !! on his 3rd day. We rushed him to E&E, got admitted in PICU for 1 night and discharged the next day. Diagnosis ? Dehydrated due to insufficient milk supply...lorrr...saspen siot. Sian mak dia tunggang langgang pantang, sib baik susu dah melimpah on 4th day. Now mereka berdua bersukaria kat kg Ganu. Pantang umah mak mertua....hehehe.

Nilah dia Mohd Adam Faisal. Cucu lelaki kedua En Jusoh...Adan overjoyed. Dia siap suggest kat Ayah Teh dia soh letak nama Mohd AdaN instead of Adam. Ada jelah idea

Since cheNik depa ada kat rumah, sibuk nak menolong buat kek sampai kelam kabut. main bantai jek...gula dh campur koko sumer...pastu baru ingat x pukul ngan telur..hahaha paling best...dah kacau baiikk punyer...aku tanya apsal cair & sikit jek ? Skalik gandum lupa masuk..haha mana taknya berebut2 depa nak sift la, nak sukat la...apapun...konpem resepi itu adalah sangat idiot proof. Elok jek jadiknya..siap crack lagi kat atas hahahaha...

Hannah ada resepi dia sendiri. Taktik yang sgt berkesan. Mmg dia x kacau lah operasi kek coklat kat sebelah. Dah siap isik dlm acuan siap bagi kat aku soh masak..ibu, dah siap !! hehehe...

Kat bawah ni gambor r0selina and r0selini, 2 girls ecececeh girls konon, with a similar name and dimple but totally different in size. Dia adalah sgt cekeding dan lemah hahaha kutuk adik senirik. Lemah2 dia pun, byk berjasa kat aku tau..the most trusted babysitter and idola anak2 aku jua. Depa ni lucky dpt mak2 sedare yg baik cam adik aku & Man (cheNik & Aciq to them). Aku tak close ngan dia masa dia kecik2 dulu but now getting closer.

Tahniah...atas kelahiran putera sulung. Muhd Adam Faisal (ejaan ikut sedap mak sedare dia nih) pada 5 Feb 2009 (bleh selebret ngan org Perak nih..paham ke ?). Tahniah jugak sbb berjaya bertahan selama lebih 12jam (gila kau) di labor room. syabas syabas...kata abang polis haruslah gagah perkasa. Awek dia pun aku lagi respek sebab bertahan almost 2 hari lps kena induce 1 day before perrghh...aku x kuasa menahan sakit induce wei...

Aweknya pulak cik puan misi (nurse ye adik2), pastilah di spital gomen. Sebab x leh tunggu, maka adik aku balik umah mtk tunjuk cara nak tanam uri, ko ingat aku reti ?...hehe mak mertua aku la jadik ticer. tak tanya plak dia letak apa dlm tuh. Lakiku yang hensem tuh sure terer, kan yang ?

Sampai umah aku mlm tadi dah lembik dikerjakan bini dia, nak tercabut tangan, 1 hari x mkn. Nak tido pun x boleh sbb penat thp gaban. Soh dia sumbat perut ngan nasik ayam m'congkam pastu kasik dia 0gawanyer mesin urut..haa..bergegar 1 rumah dia b'dengkur.

Pecah tradisi family aku nih, anak sulong lelaki.

Yang kedua tu ada ciri2 tak aci sket sbb lepas melantak kat Tony R0ma's ngan Dd n Ezz last week aku jeling2 masih 61.5kg (BMI = 27.3 = Overweight) bukan sekadar marginally overweight ye, ini kasta atas punya . (hehe..aku wallop sumer shrimp tu...slurrp and burpp tapi mcm nak muntah pun ada). Dgn semangat waja...

Tak waja pun, esoknya aku bekpes nasik lemak, pastu weekend gi mkn besar kat Nailis. Tapi..tapi..aku x sihat on Monday, mulut pahit payau, deria rasa ilang, tekak pedih...ari Selasa aku gigih gi opis, gi gym lagi, 5min kat threadmill cam nak putus urat napas, aku buat la sit-up ala ngelat ngan skipping yg x sampai 100, all in 20min, sudahnya terlepek 2 hari. Semalam sambil2 redeem baucer Uda0cean (yay kaya rm70). Masuk duaposen...eh..betulkah...57.9kg. Terus beli roti 2 buku hadiah untuk diri sendrik.

Itu adalah semalam, arini aku yakin sudah naik s e d i k i t. Takpe, teruskan bersama saya yang bakal muncul dgn entry poyo bertajuk 'Susah-payahku' ke 'How to Gain 10kg++ in xxmonths' . Tu klu aku selim nanti la sbb dlm hati verangan nak ala2 terimakasihtummytrim ...pastu bajet cun, pose maut dulu dan kini..getah / pinggang seluar harus dipegang ye adik2.
