Hanis went for her 1st dental visit to remove her wiggly jiggly tooth. She was so nervous and had a problem to display I'm-not-nervous face. But she's one BRAVE girl. We loaded her tummy with a dose of nasi briyani ayam madu beforehand to prepare her for the 'aftermath'.
The clinic is somewhere in the neighborhood, mind you, this is not our panel dental clinic. Most of us will normally utilise free dental benefits to the max. This Mr gentlemen goes by the name of Dr. Kamarul, he have his own way dealing with kids, very good in coaxing the child, even ubat bius got a new name, strawberry jam. And he got a tiny camera to show you all those cavities and chili flakes in every corner of your smelly mouth. It's a fact that I'm weak for all things gadget.
It took less than 10-minutes. Hanis came out a happy girl, she got a free toothbrush and a rongak smile that she will happilly flash upon request. And Babah was ONLY RM25 poorer. Cheap, right ? I paid almost 200 for the filling last time.
Being Hanis, I expected there will be whines and whimpers at least for the whole Saturday. Surprisingly, she was her usual self less than 2 hours and keep on begging us to let her play outside. The cotton gauze was gone in 1 hour.
