Alhamdulillah, in 2 weeks time, our haven on earth, our abode, our little house
After forking out $$$ for 6 years, we saved about 32k out of 55k profit made by the company, that's alot and on top of that we can get some refund from MRTT, surrender value after 6 years would be about 50-75% (I guess). Amiin.

Taman ni the neighborhood mmg best, klu shah dh ada family seronok sbb anak2 boleh bebas main depan rumah atas jalan coz very light traffic. surau dekat + sentiasa hidup. Sejuuuk siap berkabus bagai. Sesuai utk duduk tpi mcm x sesuai utk investment kot sbb bumi lot..(tp ada la dgr rumors psl MRR3 nak lalu situ :P). ikan: it is indeed rasa macam tarik napas yg puas. Berangan dgn Man nk cari rumah 1 sorang utk anak2 later hehe so another 1 unit to go (unless beranak lagi sorang :P)
