Makan apa 4 Ramadhan ?

Buah kurma
Nasi putih
Ikan selar (saiz bapak punya) masak sweet sour
Udang goreng kunyit
Ikan pekasam (optional, kna tnya boipren, I tak reti mkn)
Kangkung goreng belacan
Kuih dari param - sbb tukang campak tertido lps measure bhn kek. Kek coklat ke mana aku kemana hahaha no kuih, agar2 semalam ada lagi sbb anak2 xmo mkn kuih hijau
Air tebu (kalau jumpa) - tak jumpa
Air laici (backup) - anak2 request Milo ais
Kopi - teh basi &%&^$%^
Buah epal sahaja *Mode : PASAR >> replenish*

4th Ramadahn was disaster

Night before I was bz handling my new birthday gift yang baru delivered, so by 10pm blom start masak but thinking that it's only sweet sour sauce & kangkung belacan, & udang kunyit, can whip less than 15min in 3 stoves, so esok2 jelah.

What happened was, we were a bit late, sampai gate pkl 7.15 (normally 7pm). I ran inside siap sinsing lengan baju kurung only to realize that bibik just started to goreng ikan selar.

BARU NAK GORENG IKAN PKL 7.15 ???#@!$%#$%^%^&*& ko buat apa sepanjang hari ?? Berbuih mulut aku pesan dari pagi..jangan lupa goreng ikan siap2.

The only kuali yg big enuff for me to make the sauce dh di pakai utk goreng ikan on the only stove yg ada tempat nk hold the kuali. Had no choice kena buat sauce dlm pan. Campak the fastest dish dulu i.e. udang. Done, wash the pan and whip the sauce. Bayangkan, sauce aku masak dulu before ikan masak. When I asked kenapa baru goreng, dengan stupidnya dia jawab dia goreng dari pukul 7 lagi. 1/2 jam ko goreng ikan ye ? Ikan besi ke ikan batu ? Memanglah berasap aku...4 tahun x paham2..I told you 2 things. My kids safety & makan minum is 2 things which I put on top. You don't play2 with me about this.

Aku marah sbb dh psn byk kali & sbb ikan tu wlopon benda simple tp paling penting, kalau sauce aku tak siap pun at least depa leh makan ikan goreng tu dulu. Klu hari lain ok lah, ni nak bukak posa..

I can only goreng the kangkung masa dh azan sbb x boleh letak 2 kuali side by side. Kesian kangkungku, kata org tua2 kalau masak dalam keadaan marah2 masakan kurang menjadi...masak kena dgn kasih sayang. I lap you kangkung.

Saja nak menambah perisa, kantoi dia serve air teh semalam, ye friends..air teh dalam thermos yg buat utk buka puasa semalam. Dia hidang untuk hari ni. Man minum and tanya ni air bila dgn muka tak bersalah dia tanya balik kenapa. Salah orang, dia nk kena mem tanya 'Bila kamu buat air ni ?'. Jawapan 'Semalam'. Take a deep breath madam...

The aftermath bila tukang masak dah cool sket ( and bru perasan aku masak sambil pakai tag banknegara)

huh..sabo ye kak zie.bulan posa.

tapi maid tu mcm tak paham bahasa kenapa ek?kena wat timetable masak lekat kat fridge br dia organized sikit kot.hahaha!

Ninie, the only thing that she needed 2 do dat day oni goreng ikan & buat air. Sblm p keje dh pesan n tengahari as usual call again as reminder. After 4yrs, that's what we call a 'mental torture'.
But apart from the clue-less-ness n rajin x b'tmpt tu she's still better than other people's maid. Org lain punya lg scary. So, I'm still grateful. X sbr tggu anak2 bsr.

Huish.. Mmg tension dpt maid chenggini. Tp aku dulu cam tulah.. Maid aku hari2 stress.. Dgn kita2 jd stress.. Hehe. Sabo ye zie. Tp aku pun heran.. Dr td dia buat apalah ye yg pukul 7.00 baru goreng ikan tu..
