After a shocking 'revelation' by the scale last nite, aku tersedar diri sikit. Maka terus beraksi dgn pantas.

Before bed last nite : gulped 1 lime juice diluted with 1/2 cup warm water - Done
Before work : 7.30 - 8.30 treadmill session - Failed
Breakfast : Milk + Cereal - Done (additional 1 cup of kopi-o)
Kudap : Cereal bar + banana - Failed (dangerous for dinner time)
Plain water : 1 litre - as of posting time 'Failed', 500ml the most
Lunch hour : Gym - Failed
Lunch : Tuna Sandwich + Fruits - Done
Tea-time : Skipped - Done
Dinner : Kuew tiaw tomyam Hj Tapah :) - not yet, harap2 x tergudes dgn teh tariknya
Cannot skip too much coz I'm just starting. Thinking of having detox (liquid diet) session 1st but I don't think I can handle coz I've been eating and stuffing my face like nobodys business lately. It would be too much for my tummy to handle the 'emptiness' esp around midnight. I'm sure I can get rid at least 3kg in the 1st 3 days if i manage to maintain my diet. The first few kilos is always easy, right ? esp if you coupled ur diet with exercise.
Aiming for 1-2kg per week (You've done 5kg before so trust yourself). Should be achievable. Will post a weekly result (janji manis seperti biasa)
Biggest achievement ? No teh tarik (normally 2,3 glasses per day) , No big size Western set breakfast + french toast (almost daily). No bakery stuffs, puffs (daily coz its yummy).
