Gold Coast 2009 : Day 4 - 16 June 2009

Another exciting day...all woke up to another fun day, all tired faces were gone.

Themepark of the day : M O V I E W O R L D yippeeeeee

We reached the place on the dot, smooth sailing coz we knew the location from our journey to DW day before. Nice weather, clear blue sky...

The moment we got thru the gate, there's sorta table setup where we had to open our bags for them to check. Oww FOOD Roadblock...lucky we got Hannah so I claimed that all (cookies, banana + muffin) belonged to her..coz the rule said, only baby food allowed. TQ Hannah

Jadi adik2 kakak2 abang semua, kalau mau bawa food juga silalah camourflage makanan itu supaya kelihatan seperti baby food. Masuk la dlm baby food container ke..pandai2lah..else no worries, chuck out some dollar to buy food...they have halal cafe (G0tham Cafe).

Masuk2 jek terus ingat pengajaran, ambik gambar family siap2 masa langit tgh membiru..pastu sempat jumpa Shrek, seperti biasa Hannah ngeri lagiks. Along ngan Adan sempat ambik gambar. They offered a pix package, you can buy your pic taken during rides, the more the cheaper and you just claim it later at a photo shop. I recommend this if you want to get more than 2 snaps, the package is worth it.

Shrek 4D got our attention 1st, 4D ?? coz we got to feel all the shakes, all the 'air liur', rasa mcm spider kat kaki..geli geli..best thing is, there's a special row at the back for parents with stroller. Takyah susah payah rebut. Hannah was excited, she laughed, screamed & even tried to catch some butterflies, moved side to side to avoid swords and dragon fire...fun fun..

Pastu hubby and sis terus Q for the most popular rides Superman Escape, tapi tada brani Batwing spaceshot lagi, another rides similar to one in Genting cuma dia lagi lagi lagi tinggi...this rides sampai la park tutup line Q dia umang aii...

While they scared their pants off, we made our way into nearby shops, mula la 'ter'masuk kedai souvenir hehe ter tau bukan sengaja, dah tu depan2 entrance tu dia tadah takkan tak masuk..survey dulu..

We made our way to Looney Tunes section and Hannah got to taste her 1st ride without me...mini spaceshot !! Sgt sopan santun up and downnya. I requested to the crew to allow them to sit next to each other coz that was Hannah's 1st ride and he did more than I expected. He measured Hannah & joke with her while waiting for her turn. Loose cap & hat are not encouraged so he tried his best to tho to no avail hehe he said 'Can I borrow you beautiful hat ?' instead of telling her to remove it. Hannah even got a pat on the shoulder with 'Bravo lil lady' afterwards...hmm how nice

Babah & Aciq came when we were spinning in this Tweety cage. We finished all the kiddies rides.

Masa ni depa main air, Hannah ajak Hanis dancing to the water tune, siap pegang suar takut basah, but they were so funny laughing all the way.

Just in time for Batman show...mesmerised by the Batmobile & betapa toughnya Batman in his suit..

From time to time few moviestars & cartoon characters showed up from nowhere & it's up to you how good you're in getting their attention and how fast you can act. Don't be too starstruck else you lose the chance to snap ur pic with them..

Lupa plak nak ckp, TIMETABLE adalah sgt penting sbb senang nak plan bila nak tercongok kat tgk the Star Parade kat Main Street where all the popular characters appeared to the crowd cheers. Get it at the entrance.

While waiting for the next show & the parade we checked other funsites. Kaki aku mcm dah nak pancit, bantai duduk je tepi jalan ngan Hannah while the rest went to Scooby scary ride apa ntah...baguzz berani plak bdk2 ni...

Boring punya psl, aku layan je lah minah cam-holic ni berposing...dia sgt behave walopon penat, tambah pulak aku dok klik sana sini lagi la dia syiok..

Dah keluar dari ride , sumer berebut nak pose ngan batmobile..pose wajib gitu. Teruja sungguh tgk keter ni.

Next showwww....scoobidoobidoo where are you. They were so adorable, just like on TV.. exactly like what I remembered, the way they walked, the voice..

Then came the most awaited show..Parade !!! Aku yakin mamat di belakang mask batman itu juger handsome sbb berdasarkan close-up adalah yummy hahaha

BTW, Batman was heavily guarded during the parade..few times aku tercapture muka security hehe. Next, the sexiest eva catwoman whipping her cemeti...siap kuar api owh...zass zass dia libas atas jalan.

Justice League, laki gue teruja...bukan sbb awek seksi maa..tapi ini adalah kartun idola, we still watch the cartoon on tv hahaha

Marilyn moncit suda tukar baju juger, masih musykil kenapa dia tidak digantikan dgn awek yg lebey seksayy..I mean come on, she's Marilyn hokeh...but this lady was so soft spoken..lemah jantung aaii dgr sore dia.

Nota kaki kembangku : Hehe tiba2 gambar busat juga, ni la kekdahnya aku x larat nak layan brokbeng yg hampeh...entry pasni akan diminimakan gambarnya hehe

Encik Flash bersalam-salaman dgn hadirin dan hadirat, aku sempat pegang baju dia yg dipenuhi foam itu. Haha horny mommy
Yuhuu..suker sesangat, as if all your childhood memories came to live..

Shrek sorang jek, Fiona nowhere to be seen apatah lagi si keldai...takpe, masih teruja

Hannah was flabbergasted the moment Tweety float came close by...THEN..Tweety pointed her finger to us and came down from her float to open the stroller's canopy only to see a wide-eyed toddler aka Hannah who refused to shake hand until I told her, Tweety nak salam then only she slowly accepted the furry hand...OMG OMG that was the best moment...Hannah got Tweety's attention.

Penat weh parade tuh..penat sbb adrenalin rush kot...sgt mengujakan ... Dah abis parade, baru la kami pegi belah2 belakang, another cowboy town. Ada la wet ride yg ala2 genting, naik log pastu vroom turun bawah, definitely kena bwk baju salin. Hoho no, thank you. By this time lutut ku suda longgar.

Hanis sgt berpuashati, bergambar sana sini sementara babah & aciq membeli t-shirt souvenir movieworld. Mahal seh...Adan tetap ngan batman nya

Pelan2 kami memulakan acara shopping secara lebih siriyes. Claimed our pictures and kuar masuk segala kedai souvenir. Sini punya barang cederahati lagi best woooooo....knowing me yg sgt suka keychain, mug & sewaktu dgnnya...nyaris lupa diri. Ok these are the pictures that we bought from the package

Aku beli byk shopping bag with MW signature nak jadikan subinier hehe lawo weh AUD2 each fenuh stroller.

Dan aku juger telah beli Twilight official merchandise iaitu sebijik seketul sekeping t-shirt Team Edward kahkahkah...aku tlh sms, mms & juga call partner in crime cik puan dd akan tetapi gagal pula, maka tidaklah berani hendak membelinya...

It's 5min to 5pm, we're almost exiting the park when tiba2 mereka hendak menaiki Batman adventure ride sbbnya still open for entry, rugi la alang2 dh dtg kan. Maka aku seperti biasa jadik penjaga stroller yg overloaded...kaki dah cramp dh masa ni, aku bantai duduk jek atas tanah sampailah ada pakcik kosongkan 1 seat kat sebelah tu...perghh nikmatnya bersandar sambil menghabiskan 1/2 packet chipsmore.

We felt that time flew by very very fast, we hadn't had chance to experience it all in one whole fun day. Definitely a must go...mmm must go..again ?

Vroomed back to town to get our dinner, Hannah couldn't hold up her eyes anymore. We had fish & chips outside of Alibaba kebab shop. It's frreeeezzzzzing cold & the portion was daaammmmn big. When the wind blew, we went grrrgrrr teeth chattering, i think almost 10c. Habiskan the fish fillet, bungkus all the fries and slowly walked to other shops for more window shopping while holding tight to our hot choc. It's so heaven sipping that hot chocolatey drinks when our toes were almost numb inside our sneakers.

Dah rasa miskin, kami balik umah & ZZzzzzzzzzzzzzz, arini paling besh and paling fenat....budak2 x berenti nak bercerita balik what they went thru and that was the moment when we felt money is nothing as compared to their happiness, it was clearly shown on their faces and as usual Adan akan jadik tunggang langgang lompat kerusi menggelitik kat lantai sebagai tanda over-excited, he can't sleep that night.

The memories stay until now.
